Head-to-head
  • Bournemouth were unbeaten in their first seven Premier League matches with Leicester, but they have lost their subsequent two games against the Foxes.
  • Leicester last won away at Bournemouth in the Championship in February 2014.
  • All three of the Foxes' Premier League away goals against the Cherries have been scored in the final five minutes of matches, with two of them coming from the penalty spot.
Bournemouth
  • Bournemouth ended a run of five straight defeats with a draw against Tottenham. However, they have failed to win any of their last nine Premier League games, with their most recent victory coming against Aston Villa in February.
  • They recorded their first clean sheet in 17 Premier League matches against Spurs.
  • Jefferson Lerma has been shown 23 yellow cards since his Premier League debut in September 2018, the most of any player in this time.
Leicester City
  • After a run of six wins in seven Premier League away games, Leicester are without a victory in their last six on the road in the top flight.
  • The Foxes have scored 18 goals in the final 15 minutes of their league matches this season, a joint-league-high with Manchester City.
  • Jamie Vardy has scored three goals in his last two Premier League games - as many as he had in his previous 13 matches. He has also netted three goals in his last two league games against Bournemouth, including a brace in the reverse fixture in August.
  • Vardy has scored in 13 of Leicester's 17 league victories this season, the highest ratio in the division (76.5%).
  • Since his debut in January 2016, Leicester's Demarai Gray has registered eight assists as a substitute in the top flight, more than any other player.

we don't have wingers that are that effective and we also want to start 2 strikers, our full backs would be providing the width whether its a diamond or 352
Barnes and Perez? Our full backs have hardly proved effective when we're narrow, whereas at least the balance of the team has proved successful for large parts of the season, when we play with Barnes and Perez (or similar).

Barnes and Perez?
neither are proper wingers, they can both "do a job". Perez is a second striker and plays best playing off of another forward, Barnes is better in a freer role where he can pop up where ever he can find space, either way, if we want Nacho in the team we can't play with wingers as it would leave our CM overrun

It's quiz time.

We've played Bournemouth eight times at their place in the league - first one was my first ever away match in Sep 1987. In those eight matches, we've scored eleven times. Nobody has scored more than once. Who are those eleven players?

Clue; nine are english, two are scottish and one of the english ones is dead.
