90 minutes of effort, encouragement, a few shots on goal, and a performance, would be a winning result for me. Our players have to show they care.

Asking a lot there - the effort is a given

Just anything other than retreating back to your ****ing eighteen yard box straight from the kick off will do

...and wake up as the train arrives in Sheffield?
Yep, the speed dial to Sheffield Travelodge is in my phone.

Although judging from the train service this morning, I think the chances of being marooned in the hellish triple of Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross is more likely

I said this before the Spurs game. We knew it was going to be tough this year, so I just wanted to see something to get hold of and get the crowd behind the team. I think we saw a few flashes in the early games, but the last few have gone downhill and we’ve had nothing. I do recognise that we’ve got 10 points and so it’s not like we’re cut adrift, but momentum feels against us at the minute, so hopefully we get signs that things can turn around, even if it’s not in the form of a result today.

Be nice to see some actual defending of our right hand side.
Did make me giggle in Frank’s bizarre pre match comments that he said there was no point in watching any past games of Leicester from this season.

I don’t think that was quite the endorsement of Cooper’s management he thought it was in his head

What has he said there that has triggered you into calling him that?

There isn’t much point him watching us, how we have played and setup etc as it’ll be completely out the window now.
Probably thinking ‘FFS they might actually protect the right hand side now’

Bloke's earned the right to be a bit arrogant. Not this is really

I have an irrational dislike of Thomas Frank.

I cannot stand the man. His face annoys me. His hair annoys me. The way he speaks, the way he chews gum constantly.

He speaks with the assumed superiority of a former teacher that needed a good slap.

BN, he's got Brentford comfortable in the Premier League and looking a very good side.

It's better than any of Peps achievements in reality.

The man can speak and chew gum however he wants to as he's earnt it and it's remarkable, imo, there's never really been any serious rumours about him being poached.

He's one of the best managers in the league.

Better than what Guardiola did with Barcelona? I think people hugely underestimate quite how remarkable his time there was.

Based on that, he’s going to be our next manager

It's Brentford for ****s sake.

They should be playing the likes of Crewe, Carlisle, Morecambe and other perennial no-hopers.

If he was with us, or Brentford had the money spent like we do, he'd be getting his team competing at the top like Brighton are now.

I can't care how well he does there, he's a ****. Just deal with it.

Anyway, onto more interesting topics.

Without cheating, name the four managers that have managed both Brentford and City?

Mad Dog was one and he probably started Brentford on the upward trajectory tbf.

God knows who the rest were.
