I thought we were going to start these match threads once the team has been announced in future. Those going to the match have to read through loads of irrelevant stuff when they get before they even get to the kick-off. We already have a Burnley pre-match thread - everything more than 30 minutes before kick-off should be in there IMHO

ROB KELLYS.......

NOT MANAGED PRE-SEASON PROPERLY LEAVING HIS PLAYERS UNFIT AND OVERSAW A POOR OPENING DAY DEFEAT AND PLAYED SIX DEFENDERS BUT WE ALL STILL HAVE FAITH IN HIM AND HOPE HE CAN IMPROVE ON OUR PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE WITH A RESULT AGAINST BURNLEY TONIGHT!!!

From the OS.

One Change For Foxes

Leicester City boss Rob Kelly makes just one change to the side that went down at Luton for the Championship clash against Burnley at the Walkers Stadium.

Into the side comes Patrick Kisnorbo, who returns from suspension, in place of Nils-Eric Johansson.

Kisnorbo is expected to take up a place in the middle of defence, allowing Darren Kenton to take up the vacant left-back role.

Paul Henderson continues in goal, with a defence of Richard Stearman, Paddy McCarthy, Kisnorbo and Kenton playing in front of him.

Alan Maybury, Gareth Williams, Andy Johnson and Danny Tiatto play across the midfield from right to left, with Matty Fryatt and Iain Hume again named in attack.

The Leicester bench is made up of Conrad Logan, Stephen Hughes, Elvis Hammond, Josh Low and Johansson.

Former City star Frank Sinclair starts for the visitors and is expected to take up the right-back role.

City: Henderson, Stearman, McCarthy, Kisnorbo, Kenton, Maybury, Johnson, Williams, Tiatto, Fryatt, Hume.
Subs: Logan, Hughes, Johansson, Hammond, Low.

Burnley: Jensen, Thomas, Harley, Sinclair, Duff, Mahon, Jones, Gray, Elliott, McCann, Hyde.
Subs: McGreal, J O'Connor, G O'Connor, Lafferty, Foster.

Should have dropped that ****ing Stearman **** aswell IMO.. teach him to be a bit more professional, and that pub team quality performances from him are not acceptable at this level..

Glad to see Kenton at left-back. Hopefully he'll be able to get forward and give us some width. Let's hope Tiatto gets injured early on and Low comes on to give us an actual winger... No O'Grady on the bench seems strange. I would have left him on the bench and dropprd Johansson completely. With Tiatto and Maybury in the team we have enough cover not to have to have a defender on the bench...

I'm hopeful but not confident... :(

WTF. :102: :102:

Let's give Kelly the benefit of the doubt on the team.... if we lose then slate it!

COME ON CITY!!

Good to see only one change. A chance for those who didn't perform at luton to right their wrongs! They can hardly hide in front of a home crowd either. Come on city! A resounding 3-0 win tonight with a Fryatt brace and a johnson bullet! Forever the optimist!

FFS Tiatto and Maybury keep their place. At least Kenton is at LB. And O'Grady is not on the bench..

Watch out for the Burnley striker - Jones, tonight. He scored two good goals on saturday.
