Can not set up TCP/UDP connection

I've tried again to run Sopcast today and it wouldnt work, so I used the Service Diagnosis and it came up with the above. I'm not tekky in the least, so any ideas how to resolve this???

huh?? :icon_lol: I'm getting nothing popping up to say its being blocked, so I dont really know what to do.

Edit - the TCP connection seems to be ok now, its the UDP that is the problem.

I gave up and watched the same dodgy stream as everyone else - my virgin security gubbins obviously doesnt like sopcast and I'll be fecked if I know how to sort it :icon_lol:
