oh dear, so the quality of the A&L logo really is as shitty as they look in the pictures then?

I know this has been mentioned a million times, but when are these out in the club shop?

doesnt feel ridiculously plastic as it looks but if it absorbs anything it touches you have to wonder....im awaiting a response of "we don't replace personalised shirts"

fecking half wits, i think the shirt had a real potential to be nice and have a retro feel. but they just had to go for the cheap option the fooking cooooonts. and ill still be buying one grrrrrrrrrr

If it's not of 'merchantable quality', you're entitled to your money back - personalised or not.

And make sure that you don't finish up out of pocket for the return postage - that is their responsibility too.

totally out of character going by my past experience with them they are going to refund the postage and knock the price off the printing too

You paid a price for a finished product. If that "finished" product isn't of merchantable quality, you are entitied for a refund for the whole of the purchase price.

It isn't the fault of you or the lettering if the problems arise from the logo. Stand your ground

they're sending a new printed shirt and refunding the amount i paid for customising it, which was a silly amount. its no real issue for me sending it back as i'll just hide it in the work post. my main isssue was that our club always seems to do things the hard way

Good result and good after-sales service by the club shop - pity they didn't get it right in the first place though.
