I know its probably very simple but the time is wrong on my Computer,how do I change it ?

It depends on your operating system but, in general, right-click on the time and it should be obvious from there.
If your computer is getting on a bit and is persistently losing time, it is probable that the bios-battery (located on the mother-board) is life-expired - it is an easy job to replace it yourself.
