He absolutely deserves to. He was MotM against Manchester City and the only one of our midfielders who shows any intent upon winning back the ball. I think the line up is fine. It's not a million miles away from what I would have picked. I would say that Gray is a little unlucky as he was much improved against Manchester City as well and showed flashes of some lovely attacking football but he's blown so hot and cold this season that dropping him is understandable.Amazing that Choudhury is starting
Absolutely. That would be the only difference between this and my selection; Ndidi would have been replaced by Choudhury and I'd have brought in Gray.I thought Choudhury came away from the League Cup game with credit and deserved a game - very surprised that this was alongside rather than instead of Ndidi though! It looks like it’s going to be very much on the fullbacks for all the width
Yep. He may as well bring a deckchair out on the pitch with him.Three defensive midfielders FFS
Albrighton, Maddison, Vardy the only remotely attacking players in the side
Try adapting to that load of shit, Jamie........
I think Gray was effective against Manchester City but he just blows too hot and cold. It's the sort of team that makes sense if you're ahead or holding out for a point with 20 minutes left.
All it needs is for us to concede an early goal and the line up is dead.
Having said that, when your alternatives are Gray, Diabate, Iheanacho and Ghezzal what the feck can we expect?
