Because I find it odd that you’re not willing to just click the link. The FT (for all the abuse they give) in this case have written a very straightforward article, that clearly explains the options under consideration. All you’d have to do is scroll down a minimal amount and look at that.

It’s taken me longer to write this than to copy and paste it, but I’ve already read it, so I don’t need to. Similarly, it’s taken you longer to write your message than it would to click the link and see it, so I’m just leaving it to you.
