Our minds can rest easy now, Chris O'Grady recalled from loan spell at Rushden & Diamonds. All our goalscoring problems are over. Wonder if he'll feature against Palace!

Just hope this is as well as a New Striker and not instead of.......To be fair he's at least worth a try.

He wasn't 'recalled', it was always due to end yesterday.

I heard CL being interviewed on RL last week and he mentioned that they were getting good reports back from Rushden about O'Grady and he might look to bring him back.It's probably as cover.

I think whoever posted that about O'Grady has completely misinterpreted it...

O'Grady's loan spell had actually finished I think, don't think we recalled him. And Levein said he and Rob Kelly will be looking at O'Grady in training over the next few weeks, but don't think he'll be the goalscoring solution they need. well says he's travelling to Palace with the team. So it might be possible that he features on the bench. Unless CL is giving him experience of a coach ride!

Living in Kettering i get to read alot about Diamonds in the local paper and o' Grady has been playing well and scoring goals, i know it's in a lower division but scoring any goals gives a player confidence so he's worth a try!

He might have been playing well, but he's only scored 4 goals in 25 games this season. His goal against Torquay yesterday was his first in 11 games.
