You may well be right in the UK, but Thai's are nutters for UK football in their homeland and a Thai owned club in the premiership on Thai TV regularly may well do wonders for their revenues back home.

My experience suggests that orientals are a proud people, very good at marketing and potentially a match made in heaven.
I also know they have the potential to allow that pride to manifest as self denial, irrationality and wrecklessness.
Let's just hope the accelerator doesn't get stuck resulting in a meltdown.

My experience suggests they do a mean dish with noodles and are very good at killing people in Northampton.

Isn't it a chow mein dish with noodles?

Shit at driving though. Swings and loundabouts......

What we seem to be forgetting is that our owners have a very good reason for making City a successful side, and that is their brand. You can't compare them to any old rich investor that wants a hobby. Ever since they were first touted as taking over, 'King Power' is mentioned in every news story - compare that to Cardiff's chairman- who is he? What is his business? Football is a massive global business, and if your name is synonymous with a successfull club, it adds massive credence to your brand.

Someone's been watching too much Sir Sugarbloke.

I've sent my 10 point business plan to Top and Sven. If they do anything from my business plan I will be honest and come forward to reveal that THAT point was on my list.

Are they? Why have I never noticed this then? Who are King Power? Do they do gas and electric?

TG is a business man who is the front for Vincent Tan, a dorrar billionaire. He got involved with the club trying to get his son a break in pro football. Now they're neck deep in it. I won't bore you with details, but suffice to say the club is in a mess at the moment.
And Sam Hamman is holding a dust pan and brush, grinning.

Surely they invested some money in the club though Rhydal, or you wouldn't have been able to fund the wages of all those loanees?

I'm sure they have. The trouble is, they have little or no football knowledge. They are doing pretty much what DJ has told them to and still it ain't been enough. They must now be questioning his ability to realise their ambitions, and get a return on their cash.
At some point they are gong to cut their losses. I hope they give us another season, I suspect even if they do, there will be more loans in and an unsettled squad. At least Bellamy will be back for free.....
