Hmmm. I guess we should be pleased we're not being made to play with a depleted squad, but a few of these could cause plenty of fixture congestion down the line. Plus I was looking forward to this, it was probably going to be my next game.

Colchester Game Postponed

Leicester City's League One fixture against Colchester United at the new Weston Homes Community Stadium scheduled for Saturday, September 6 has been postponed.

The Football League has agreed to the postponement due to the fact that the Foxes have three players - Andy King, Nicky Adams (Wales Under-21s) and Aleksandar Tunchev (Bulgaria) - selected for international duty that weekend.

A rearranged date for the fixture will be confirmed in due course whilst tickets already purchased for this match will remain valid for the rescheduled encounter.

I think they probably made the best choice. Ice cream would have just looked stupid and it can be a bu99er to wash out!

On the other hand, a bit of Harmony sprayed onto a stale cornet with a mini flake stuck down the middle and covered in crushed nuts is positively divine.
