Oakley was a big disappointment for me today. Hardly a captains performance.

A lots of things todays to contradict what has been commonly said on here.
Warner - did OK, kicking better than most of the others we have had and even threw a couple out. A couple of great saves.
Gilbert - pretty good as usual. Good control and pace. Decent defending
Morrison- hoof ball and weak defensive headers.
Hobbs - hoof ball, better defensive headers and a couple of decent runs forward.
Mattock - average
Cleverley - looked OK until went off - still reminds me of Hume
Oakley - poor today
King - reasonable. some good control and passing.
Gradel - brilliant at time. Why was he taken off. Looked a great player
Dyer - looked dangerous. excellent
Fratt - well below his best. Ineffective and slow.
Hayles - no impact really
Dickov - an improvement on Hayles and worth another go.

Warner - Very good game from him, some great saves. His kicking only just reaches the half time which is worrying. 7.5

Gilbert - Steady. 6.5
Morrison- Average 7
Hobbs - Played well, dealed well with a big Clive Platt. 7
Mattock - Did his job well, tried to attack. 6.5
Cleverley - Was doing quite well. 6.5
Oakley - One of the worst performances ive seen from him for a long time. Poor on the ball gave it away a lot. 6
King - Poor from his today as well. 6
Gradel - Tried running at defenders, got back and tackled well a couple of times. 7
Dyer - Did well when he came on.
Fryatt - Poor.
Hayles - Stay onside and stop fouling for a start.
Dickov - Weak

Gilbert - Made some efforts
Morrison- Cant pass
Hobbs - Sound player
Mattock - OK
Cleverley - Played well, again
Oakley - Was he on the pitch, cant say I noticed him do anything worth while, had a very bad day
King - Oh dear
Gradel - Worked hard, has a brill attitude, but cant do it on his own, good stuff
Dyer - Should be on from the start, like gradel, he makes things happen.
Fryatt - Tried to get into the game, but it did not work for him. So, TRY HARDER
Hayles - Stay onside and stop fouling for a start.
Dickov - He needs to get match fit, Still has a lot to offer, if and when given the opertunity

Ref. How can the fans sing, "You dont know what you are doing" to him. His decisions where so bad. He must have been cheating and knew exacly what he was doing. Ref you are a cheat, PS; Sue me
