With all due respect to your insider knowledge: a commodity of which i freely confess none, I honestly cannot believe that we are signing a right back. WHY??????
The nearest that I can come to a logical explanation is that it is a cunning plan to ensure that our new left winger looks even better than he is, by signing every right back likely to play in the Championship.
Anyone with a less flippant suggestion, I would be fascinated to reduce my ignorance albeit only by a modest amount.
