Hume played in midfield for Tranmere (where apparantly he always impressed MA)
Playing him there is only an option eg if we spend another £mill+ on a striker then surely MA is planning to play him with DJ.

not necessarily.... even if McLeod or a different striker do arrive I would assume Hume and DJ will start against Blackpool.

If there was even the remotest possibility of Hume being used in midfield this season, surely he would have played there at some point in pre-season? Which he hasn't...
