I think Benalouane had cramp. A decent battling point. Edging near safety.

Ndidi and Huth the pick for me.

Now the focus on Tuesday.

End to end game, especially in the second half. Huth MOM.

At the end of the day, a point isn't bad going and other results have gone pretty well for us too.

Playing most of the starting 11 for Tuesday was a big risk today. It really didn't pay off. 1 point and possible injuries. Daft.

Still, not a bad result on reflection I suppose if you look at the form of Palace.

Huth just amazing. Ndidi, Albrighton and Vardy not too bad

King and Ulloa awful

Benny and Simpson looked like they took big knocks, which is not good

Two points throwm away

Quite enjoyed it .....bit of excitement here and there . Benteke all over Benny for his goal. Good tap in for Vardy. Smiled at the Russian advert for some form of gents prostate elixir at half time.

With other results I'd say that just about confirms premier league status. Swansea have to win 3 of last 5 to equal our points total. Boro 4 from 7...they've won four all year.

So all in all fair enough...still concerned we may have hurt our chances on Tuesday: Benny and Simpson took knocks, another 90 for Albrighton and Vardy and no preparation for Amartey.

Think it was mismanaged if I'm honest but point all but confirms safety.

Annoyed to not win having been two up but would have taken a point at start of play. Hope the players are all ok for the big one. Let's av it!

Also quite enjoyed that. First visit to Selhurst and lucky to have a non-restricted view but nice little ground. Good atmosphere in our end.

We looked knackered 2nd half. You could tell Ulloa's lack of game time, he started strong but faded away (like most of the players really but for other reasons). Vardy looked very tired at the end.

From Shakespeare:

Slimani has a groin strain and doesn't look good for Tuesday.

Benny had cramp and was taken off as a precaution.

Morgan training well and likely to play Tuesday.

Asked about Fuchs at centre back and said that was in his thoughts also.

Slimani will be ok, as well all of them. It's the kind of game where you just play through a niggle. Biggest game of their lives.

A groin strain isn't a niggle, it's incredibly painful. I hope you're right though otherwise our options up front are... erm... limited at best.

And he still has a very respectable goals to games ratio.

His goals to groin strain ratio must be ****ing terrible though, he's close to Hammond with the ankle shit. Why risk Simpson today?

He's by far the best striker, with a groin strain, we have at the club

Such a shame he's so bang average when he's fit......

Since Palace last played (which was at home), our squad have flown to Madrid, played against one of the best clubs in the world in the biggest club competition in the world, worked their socks off, and flown all the way back. Then they've trained, then travelled from Leicester 100 miles down to London.

Yes we threw away a two nil lead, but we did extremely well given the circumstances. We played well until Vardy's goal, then fell apart. They all looked tired at the end. I guess they'll have two days of rest now.

I don't understand why he didn't rest N'didi, Vardy and Simpson + Fuchs today.

Morgan back with Benny in defence on Tuesday will be a massive boost if he's ready.

I think Slim will be brilliant next season. 7 in 19 in the league and has barely had a sniff. Wouldn't sell him.
