Albrighton and Chilwell fullbacks. Not much to choose from in that department, but still.....

So the dropping of Morgan didn't last long, really hope Barnes and Diabate get some decent game time today

after the fuss the local media kicked up about him not playing now you see why Puel couldn't drop Morgan, at least he hasn't brought Simpson back too

Albrighton, Morgan and Chilwell across the back four

Zaha is going to score about five

Kept a clean sheet so he changes a centre half. Didn’t score so he keeps the same attack.

What was the fuss about Morgan not playing?
I didn't see/hear any of it.
they just made a big deal about it in the pressers asking lots of questions about him being dropped, Puel answered it first time saying he'd been rested but they kept banging on.

Stringer and Tanner have an agenda of self-promotion over doing their actual jobs

This is why he needs to go. It beggars belief, it really does.

I can see the idea by trying out Albrighton at RB, obviously wants someone there who can provide more offensive threat than Simpson but I can't understand why Morgan has come back in today.

how is he supposed to change the attack, only change he should make is dropping Riyad, but we all know that won't happen
Erm by picking other players to play?

The dropping of Dragovic is ****ing me right off.

His performances have been better than Morgans and Maguire also plays better with him alongside.

Be good to have another look at Morgan, we are setting up for next season after all.

I'd understand an experimental line up including younger players to see what they've got. I'd also understand playing our strongest line up with maybe one or two younger players in. What is the logic for this though?

He's picking a keeper that is out of contract and leaving in the summer and leaving out our other keeper who is contracted for two more years - this makes no sense to me.

He's presumably trying to see if Albrighton can adapt to playing right back. If Puel stayed, he'd clearly buy a new one though so what's the incentive or motivation for Albrighton exactly?

Morgan is dropped and immediately recalled. What's that supposed to achieve? What is Dragovic supposed to make of it all?

Silva is desperately in need of a run of matches so of course he's dropped again.

I don't even know why I'm trying to make sense of these selections. A kid playing Football Manager could do better.

The players must be either pissing themselves or seething with anger behind his back. And it may not be a coincidence that one or two are suffering from surprisingly lingering injuries to keep out of it a bit longer.

Come on Palace, batter us and put him out of his misery.

we only have the 2 on the bench in Diabate and Barnes so which other players is he going to magic up out of thin air?

So you see that he could have made at least two changes to the attack. Right there you’ve answered your original question.

There is far too much stupid in this post.
