i think clemence was ten times better than oakley when he was fit, oakley could be so much better if he'd only try , but he dosent, so i think its a big ****ing mistake to make him captain. i'm not saying they should be captain but atleast players like kish and weso put themselves about more without being hugely gifted. i think oakley has got the armband by default seeing as he's experienced enough and can speak english, the only other that fits the bill would be howard, but, its steve howard is'nt it? he's no alan shearer

I was disappointed at the blues game in the number of changes we made.

For this match its imperative that the defense gets a good chance to gel together. We should be starting the same 11 as for next sat, and I would hope to see minimal changes to that throughout the game to increase match fitness.
