Can you please enlighten us about the reason for REAL D-day being on 6th June. I can't see that date mentioned in the article and haven't seen it mntioned elsewhere, except in relation to my youngest brother's birthday.

I thought MM said he would make his mind up by the second week in June and not in the second week of June.He might make his decision next week.Morelikely a decision will be made if a suitable replacement becomes available

Eagley awaiting potentional manager (eg Ince/Grayson) to either resign or publically state hes unhappy. Common knowledge here in Blackpool that Grayson is privately at loggerheads with his Chairman re funding

Apparantly rumoured in Sunday People, Dont think IH will resign therefore the waiting will be because they (MM/IH) disagree on severence pay

Severance pay could be sorted after he's gone though, doesn't have to be agreed on before he leaves.
Can't see that being the reason.

The same paper also goes on to say that Simon Grayson is on his way.

Grayson doesn't fit with the Mandaric manager profile.

What exactly is the Mandaric manager profile?

In his time at Leicester and Portsmouth he's appointed young up and coming managers, older experienced managers, managers with top division experience, managers with no experience, foreign managers etc, and only one has worked out. And he wasn't even appointed with the idea of making him manager.
