The 19-year-old has scored twelve times for the Gigg Lane side this season and has attracted the attention of a number of sides in Leagues One and Two with his displays.

Cash-strapped Bury are prepared to part with their prize asset and Jewell is keen to add the player to his squad as back-up to his main strikers.

I would love to see at least one of these 2 players at Leicester. Nugent is young and raw and IMO he could be a real success in Championship football. Kirk also would be a bug success, and Levein knows him and how he plays. I think we should sign these, before Nugent goes to Wigan or Sheff Utd, and before Kirk is hunted down by any more Championship sides

Kirk will be linked with Sheff Utd soon & I think they have abit more money than us to offer. I think Reading will take a gamble with 1 too, Coppell goes for this type of player.

Nugent would be ideal to have around, perhaps wouldn't make the starting lineup but good for the future.

Kirk on the other hand, well with de Vries could well be a good partnership as before at Hearts. Perhaps they know each others game pretty well.

I'd like to see the young Polish striker at Huddersfield come in. Pawel Abbott (23) ex Polish U'21 tipped to play for Poland. TWO good feet, quick, good heading, strong & hardworker. Seen alot of his goals this season. 23 starts 4 off the bench, 16 goals. Impressed me. Think his asking price would be too high though perhaps.

Living in Preston know a bit about Abbott, was highly rated at North End by David Moyes, but when Craig Brown took over didnt really get much of a look in.

The fans were gutted when he was sold for 100k, I think he would be worth a gamble. Offer Makin and Blake + 250k. Definately one for the future and it would be a decent deal for Huddersfield as well.
