To be fair though Jeff, he had the accident before the deadline so could have selected him anyway. Had it have happened today, then it would have been a different matter.

He had the accident after your invitation to submit; that should be the active deadline.

Perhaps next year we'll have a rethink. I only took this on at the last minute and it could probably do with an overhaul in light of what's happened this time round. If I do it again next year then maybe I won't be so busy at work and can find time to revisit the rules.
