• We are not a team who has just dropped from the Prem and has parachute money to hand out in high wages.
• We are not the only team in this league with an investor/money
• We are not the only team in this league with a relatively big history
• Of the teams with money and history/reasonably big name, we have finished lower than most for the last 4 seasons.
• All we do have going for us is a three year "vision".

Now tell me again why everyone is expecting big name, exciting players to come here?

We may be bidding for them but they are rejecting us because of where we have been, not because of where we are/plan to be this season.

15 players have gone, or going. and MM mentioned the need for a bigger squad.

15 avarage footballers cost a lot of money. so i suppose this season 'big' signing are too much to expect.

i think the goal this season is to build a 'decent' squad of mid table quality, and then add better quality next year.

At The moment our first team squad is something like
