Yep I think the chances of him becoming a good player here are gone. I thought a year of Brenda's coaching might get more out of him, but it hasn't happened.

I think he's thought he's better than he is for a long while. Has been far too greedy with the ball for msot of his time here. An exciting dribbler but never learned to pass or shoot at the right time.

He still plays like he's the best kid in the playground.

Time to get shot but we need replacements first. If he goes somewhere like a Bournemouth where he can play every week, he may improve.

Every fan of every team in the world could probably come up with a similar history I'd say. You're right, it just happens.
My particular problem with Gray is that he obviously thinks he's much better than he is. He's lazy & entitled & I've no time for that sort of person in any walk of life.
He's a Championship player at best.
It amazes me how much of a person's life and personality people can deduce from performances on a pitch. It's almost the same as the media who hound people based on sod all.

I'm referring to his attitude as a footballer. I couldn't give a toss what he does or what he's like off the pitch. You can deduce a lot from body language & style of play.

I never have an opinion to give. I'm as vanilla as they come and I just lambast others all day long for daring to have a negative opinion of anything

That's great Matt, but what do you think about Gray?

In our current system, Gray is much more suited to playing out wide than either Perez or Barnes And is play him there against West Ham

Albrighton is better there than Gray and Perez playing together

But he’s apparently old and shit, or summat
