Agreed, I thought it was the oddest direction I've seen for a live match. Cameras showing anything but the action, then quickly cutting to close up of the action almost at ground level so you had no idea what was happening or where they were on the pitch. I remember this specifically happened when that Derby sub nearly walked through our back four to score.
No wonder views differ from those there and those at home
Thank God for this confirmation and the all the comments above - I thought I was having hallucinations and black outs ....4 goals scored and not once did I see the restart. Not until the ball was in the 18 yard box.
