Probably be another rebuilding job if they get someone new in. Personally I think they're on the right track but this could undo the progress of the last 2 seasons.

I'm certainly mystified as to who they think they'll get who's better (big Sam for the quick results?) same applies to the BladesHilarious. If I were a Derby fan, I'd be as livid as I was when I heard we had sacked Pearson earlier in the season. Thankfully someone at the club had the sense not to do that. McClaren nailed on for Newcastle now? They could do a lot worse.....
A Sheff U fan at work reckons that a combination of Chris Morgan and Neil Warnock is a possibility. Although local radio reckons Phil Parkinson from Bradford City is a definite possibility.Sheffield are probably hoping they can find a raping mass murderer, someone more in keeping with the club's ethos.
