it doesn't have any estates, but the 'top end' is a bit rough

if it was cr&p, i'd be the first to slag it off. it's nothing compared to kidbrooke or the elephant & castle or hackney

and i don't look down on peope from estates, my mum is from one, she's one of thirteen kids

Might be true in some cases, but these traits are not exclusive to council estates and silly billies live in private houses too.
