Swampy is in fact very poorly.
He's got a serious heart problem, and naturally he's fighting the plans for the by-pass....

I thank you....:icon_roll

I would also block all the roads into Earl Shilton and lock the feckers in

This Bypass is just what Leicestershire needed.

Wouldn't be better just to move Earl Shilton into a different county?
It would probably fit in well if it was moved into Warwickshire, and they can then build a road where it used to be.

with all the inbreeding that goes on, maybe into Norfolk, Devon or North Yorkshire

i think we've had the "slate E/S Thread" before...

but in its defence, the west half is ok, the east corner is a bit ropey

i grew up there and it's not too bad

if i ever moved back, i would consider it

believe me, if it were completey shit, i'd say so

i'd rather live in Shilton than Barwell or Wykin by a long shot

Spot on that DV. Its not a bad place at all. Like most places it has good and bad areas (apart from Hull which has no redeeming features)

Does this mean when going up the Hinckley/Leicester Road to see the Knitters play, I don't have to travel through Earl Shilton.

you seem to be grasping the definition of bypass rather well
