anyone know the easiest way to get from leicester or loughborough station to east midlands airport on a sunday? help would be much appreciated as its how ive got to get back after the forest match

From Loughborough - A6 All the way until the M1/A6 roundabout and follow the signs.

From Leicester - Get on the M1 at Fosse Park head north to Junction 24 and follow the signs.

get off train at leicester get into station get into taxi and say "east midlands aiport mate"

Why do you want to know how to get to EMA form Leicester station. Surely the football ground will be your starting point??

There are buses from Loughborough station to the airport, not many on a Sunday though.

Buses are every hour on a sunday from loughborough although check the times, taxis are £12-£16

Where about in Edinburgh do you stay Fitz?I used to travel from Livingston to Filbert Street in a day on the trains.

live in currie, so practically in livi, trains are the easy option but its about 75pound or something one way. usually get a train from here to gateshead then get a lift in a car, but unfortunately not a chance of a lift this week.
