I've been reading the OS all season long
Every week they sing the same old song
But one thing above all is starting to rankle
And that's every time I see "Elvis Hammond (ankle)"

The boy isn't sick, he isn't in pain
I don't understand why they write it again
We all know the reason, it's really does rankle
Every damn week "Elvis Hammond (ankle)"

He's worked in the shop, he's answered the phone
I keep repeating this cuz it has me thrown
He's not playing - that doesn't rankle
It's just the phrase "Elvis Hammond (ankle)"

Well that's something new I've learnt today, and you couldn't of picked a better word based on those two definitions!

Luckily enough it rhymes with 'ankle' as well, I'm not sure if that was intentional or not.

The fact that Hans Krankl did not appear in this poem was a significant disappointment to me

Could do better :018:

You can also learn something else new. Like a lot of contributors on here, you make the mistake of writing 'couldn't of' when it is 'couldn't have'.

Probably stems from how you speak it...

'say it' would probably sit better there, if we're being pedantic.
