POTY must be Vardy.

Our only semi-regular goal scorer. We'd be relegated without him and no other player has the same impact this year.

Was utterly embarrassing for 2/3 of the season

I thought he held together a very shaky back line which had no protection. Without him we'd have lost matches by 5 or 6 every week.

He was embarrassing until Shakey took over and since shakey took over it's the defence that have kept us in games, the attack has still been pretty embarrassing, though Vardy has seemed to find his touch nicely.

This.

He'd be in contention for my February to May awards. But he was totally guff until February. Same with most the players.

There's only really Schmeichel and Simpson that have been consistently good throughout.

Simpson for me, the only consistent outfield player all season and he deserves some recognition for it.
I agree. Whilst others get the headlines, he gets easily forgotten.

My dad, brother and I have been saying for a while that his performances have been about the only consistent thing, this season.

Schmeichel hands down for Player of the Season.

Ndidi for young player, and his goal vs Stoke for that one.

I thought there was usually a vote for performance/game of the season? The Sevilla home game would get my vote for that - although obviously the Man City game was a very good performance too

Spot on - but Schmeichel has clearly been the better of the two, particularly up to Claudio's departure

Any other names are complete madness

Lol, he was garbage, slow and ponderous. 50% of an abysmal centre half pairing.

Memories being blurred by a couple of good months

He's carried Wes Morgan through over 2 years of football.

Drinkwater's goal against Liverpool was critical and an absolute belter.

Schmeical for player of the year.

Ndidi for young player of the year.

It's hard to believe how young Ndidi is and whether he should qualify, he has had a tremendous impact.

DD's goal perhaps not as good as a few others mentioned was crucial to our season.
