Watched the last few overs and England's tail looked like they might be able to pull off an unlikely victory, but the last wicket went with two overs left.

I think the England board/management are a little deluded about their standing in one-day cricket. They are nowhere nearer being World Champions now than they were 5 years ago, and it's been the same story since 1992.

We just don't know how to play the game against opponents that have played 10 times as many matches.

Although...before anyone says anything...I appreciate we were without KP, Harmy, Vaughan and Simon Jones. But Simon Jones is unproven in ODIs and Vaughan isn't a ODI matchwinner.
