What the hell is Neil Carter doing playing for Middlesex???:icon_eek:

He's one dimensional when batting. Just short of a length and he wont lay a bat on you.
As for his bowling, i hope he retires to the everards league and i get to play him. it just looks so laboured. never rated him and never will do!

On another note, they've got a few decent players in their team. I' ve been impressed by Dexter, Malan and in particular their keeper Scott. He looks very decent and didn't realise he's only 27. I'd get him on a Lions Tour or to an academy and see if he could cut it at an international level. His glove skills seem exceptional and looks like he could contribute some decent runs down the order.

He and Davies from worcestershire could really challange Prior imo.

Carter is on loan from Warwickshire but you have to ask is he really the best they can do? Considering 200k was up for grabs against T&T and a lot more will be available in next months competition!

You seem to know your stuff Enderby fox, Scott is one of the best glovemen in the country but hasnt always scored the runs asked of him, a familiar tail.

I also like Morgan from Middlesex, I think he'll be given a go in the ODI side next season. While Finn and Evans are a promising new ball pair

To be fair i'd forgot about Morgan. I'll stick him up there too. Yeah it seems that all these keepers have trouble making the runs. But i'd stick him on a lions tour and tell him, keep well and get some runs and you could be in with a sniff. especially if prior has a dodgy series sometime.
