We all need to stay positive. I think the idea is to get experienced players in that will get us back to the prem. Then hopefully with a bit of luck we will stay up and get more money which we can put back in to the team and buy fresh players who can keep us up again. Yes its a slow process but what other choice have we got. I would rather us do it this way than to just stick all the young guns in and hope they come good where as the older pros have been there, done that, got the T-Shirt and can guide the youngsters and make them the future players.
