You’ve forgotten the Leicester Paradox Theorem which clearly says 2-0 is a dangerous lead for every team except Leicester. In our case it is a commanding insurmountable lead unless your team is called Southampton (known as the Southampton Shitshow Complex). Even if we score two, the universe will punish us with late goals for our opponent. I’m afraid the game is over. All supercomputers agree that the odds of winning the lottery and being struck by lightning while holding the winning ticket aloft are more likely than a Leicester win from this position. The classy thing to do is end the game.
