I’m surprised Chelsea are taking off Werner. His pace has stretched the play pretty well for them today. Could be useful on the break.

The last 5:

5th Round - That Erland Johnsen dive in 1997
5th Round - Did us 2-1 in 2000
6th Round - Smashed us 5-2 in 2012
6th Round - Did us 2-1 in ET in 2018
6th Round - Strolled past us last season 1-0

Personally, I'd rather we played Man City.

And if we win tomorrow, we’ll hear that again and again for a month.
But I’d still rather Chelsea.

I've always played down Pep's achievements at Man City because of all the sponds n that....but if he does achieve the quadruple that the media have been talking about non stop then fair ****s to the lad.

Those old cup results aren't really relevant. This season we've beaten them, last season we drew twice. Yes, they're under better management since we last played them, but we a very good chance - if we can just put ourselves in a position to take it

They’re not just under new management, they’re a totally different proposition under Tuchel. Chelsea would be above Man Utd if they’d started the season with him.

Also it’s still entirely possible that Man City win just one of the four trophies they’re chasing isn’t it!!

Change the record!

We hadn't won at Arsenal until we did. Our biggest problem here is not the history but the fact that Chelsea are a pretty decent side today. As are Man City, so a performance would be needed from us no matter who we faced.

Come the day (IF we get past Southampton) we'll have to be on our game and hope (because we need this bit too) that they're a bit shit.
