It's got to be Wednesday for me in view of our Chairman (well he is at the moment) being their Chairman by the time the game is played.
If so I wonder if he will be waving to the opposition fans (i.e. us) like he did in the League game at Pompey to their fans.:icon_wink

Hmm.... the merits and distractions of a cup run...

Prem team at home would be good. See how far we have come under Sven.

Dover at home, and then bring on somebody like Schlupp and see how good he is.

Torquay away please, for two reasons. Reason one, to piss Fitz off :icon_bigg and and reason two, so I can tick off another ground.

:081: Like your style, but that tie would suit me very much....one of my best mates is a Torquay fan (lives down the road from me though) and I've promised should the tie ever happen we'll make a weekend of it.

I've already seen City play there. Pre-season friendly 1997 - bloody hot day - we lost.

We also played there pre-season a couple of years later. We've never played there competitively.

The draw takes place at Wembley this evening, live here on FATV and ITV1, and we have two rock gods to pick out your teams in former Oasis man Noel Gallagher and Kasabian's Serge Pizzorno.

Both are more than familiar with Wembley, having played to sell-out crowds in the Stadium last year as part of Oasis' tour when Kasabian provided the support, and they will both be hoping to pull out favourable draws for their own teams, Manchester City and Leicester City respectively.

The numbers for the draw are as follows;

Arsenal
Aston Villa
Barnsley
Birmingham City
Blackburn Rovers
Blackpool
Bolton Wanderers
Bristol City
Burnley
Cardiff City
Chelsea
Coventry City
Crystal Palace
Derby County
Doncaster Rovers
Everton
Fulham
Hull City
Ipswich Town
Leeds United
Leicester City
Liverpool
Manchester City
Manchester United
Middlesbrough
Millwall
Newcastle United
Norwich City
Nottingham Forest
Portsmouth
Preston North End
QPR
Reading
Scunthorpe United
Sheffield United
Stoke City
Sunderland
Swansea City
Tottenham Hotspur
Watford
West Bromwich Albion
West Ham United
Wigan Athletic
Wolverhampton Wanderers
Sheffield Wednesday
Burton Albion
Huddersfield Town
Stevenage
Hartlepool United or Yeovil Town
Peterborough United
Notts County or AFC Bournemouth
Droylsden or Leyton Orient
Crawley Town or Swindon Town
Brighton & Hove Albion or FC United of Manchester
Southampton
Torquay United
Charlton Athletic or Luton Town
Colchester United
Hereford United or Lincoln City
Port Vale or Accrington Stanley
Wycombe Wanderers
Carlisle United
Dover Athletic
York City

I reckon we'll get team 46 away, so that'll be Burton Albion. Nice local derby.

I might be going there for the third round. Only a 750 mile round trip.

I reckon it'll be called off on your arrival :icon_lol::icon_lol:

Talking of games being called off late, was Notts County v Bournemouth called off yesterday about 1hr before kick off?
