4th pic down confirms we have undersoil heating!

Notwithstanding the undersoil heating, why did they ever let that amount of snow get onto the pitch. It was forecasted well enough in advance - if Walsall can manage to keep the snow off their pitch, surely we could have done too.

Youve always known there was undersoil heating of course Bob :icon_lol:

Like I posted earlier I read once that sometimes its beneficial to leave a layer of snow on the pitch if there are frosts forecasts as it acts as a king of blanket. Then Saturday morning they clear the snow and stick the heating on

that's actually a decent little article by the OS

crikey

I've heard it all now. Snow is the king of blankets?

If you read the bit on the OS they actually use the term 'blanket'.Anyway haven't you got a question to ask like ''How do I scratch my arse properly'' or something?:102:
