Strange - I saw a foreign-looking bloke drop his wallet the other week and I ran to give it him back (after I took out all his cash, of course)

He shook my hand and said mysteriously "don't go round the back of The Shires on the seventh of September" and then ran away

Haven't heard anything at council towers. Didn't go into that part of town at lunch. This will make a very long trip this afternoon if the case.
