I started a new thread on fitness and gym as it is very important to the human body to be healthy, first of call congrats to hazza who lost a few pounds during his diet
i wanted to get some tips of what people do at the gym and if it works, i am looking to turn my belly ( mothers cooking of curries) to a decent looking abs, and build muscle all over my body, i am not saying i want to be a super heavyweight i just want to look good for my hoilday, i am going to be 23 and its the right time i sorted my health out as i am stopping smoking and when you have stopped smoking it is ment to have added on weight to the body,
i would like some tips and information, stories and experience of others
