Demo out now, just downloaded and started a game with Leicester. I probably won't bother with the game as I don't play 2011 anymore but the new interface is nice and it runs a lot quicker on my laptop.

They'll probably take your money off you sometime in laten October, as usual, but the game will be an unplayable mess out of the box, as usual, and won't be properly finished until the third patch comes out around March, as usual, by which time they'll be hyping up the next version seven months ahead of release, as usual.

Are there still 50 corners a game? and is it possible to make 3 subs without having to finish the game with 10 men?

I stopped playing 2011 because of the above.

2010 was ridiculous. If you knew the trick and had the right players, every corner was a goal. Sucked all the fun out of it.

League One or lower make sure you have a defender with 16 plus heading, stick every corner on his bonce = promotion and a centre-back as your top goalscorer with 25 goals.

So far I am 8 league games into the season and am unbeaten in all competitions inc. a 0-2 win over Spurs. 2 draws in the league leave me top. I fear it may have a glitch making it too easy.

Maybe Leicester just are that Mich better than the rest of the league then. I like the new team talks, much easier to keep players motivated

On each database, there are some cast-iron successful teams. Appears Leicester is one on this demo edition. I suspect Crawley and West Ham will be similar.

I was talking about a pretty well known corner exploit in FM2010. Two players stay back, six inside the box, one (with high long shots attribute) lurking outside, who invariably winds up being unmarked. Corners to edge of penalty area, goal nine times out of ten at least. Tested it, won the World Cup with Ghana easily.

Edit: the one you mention was near-flawless in 2009 and works very well in 2011 as well.

Yeah I'm refering to his technical stats. It was something like finishing 10, heading 10, and everything else below that. It's probably fair to say he's a bit underrated.
