I would give craig until christmas and if we not above 15th sack him, if moyes or MON are available before then and show signs of willing to come in and craig has no real improvement I would move for one of them.

MON or Moyes wanting to come back to LCFC is about as likely as Levein getting sacked on Wednesday. It ain't gonna happen, under any circumstances.

Here is a dodgy Internet rumour. :icon_eek:

I hope that isn't true! :o Hopefully the board aren't even considering getting rid yet!

Unless of course they've had a word with MON and he offered to come back and manage the club for free! Although the boo boys would probably want him out at the end of the season if we didn't get promoted..

What concern's me is once these types of rumours / moaning start it tends to snowball, pressure will transfer to the players and this will effect performances and results. Also these rumours then tend to dominate fans forums, discussions, phone in's etc until the inevitable happens.

I want to see CL given the rest of this season at least, and I would like te club to come out and back the manager and put an end to these rumours, but I am afraid that will be unlikely to happen and I really do now fear for Levein.

I understand fans concerns and fustrations, but I also ask the CL baiters a couple of geniune questions :

1) Who in all seriousness and reality would we be able to attract as a replacement.

2) How much time would this manager be afforded to turn things around.

3) Would some of the fans maybe reconsider and lower their expectations.

I truly believe that tomorrow will become a watershed in our club's history, defeat and I am afraid the fickle boneheads will get there way and I fear for our club, but a convincing victory and build up a bit of confidence and then a decent result against the sheep and hopefully this negativity will be a thing of the past.

No thanks, not the dreaded 'we have full confidence in [manager]' speech.

i wish people would stop banging on about having MON back!!

Too right Beaumont, we are starting to sound like fecking trees fans harping on about the past

Also the reality of MON becoming anybody's manager is nil. His wife is very ill and he is apparently moving to the states for a while so that she can have treatment there. I do not think we will see MON back in football for a very long time if ever.

too right!! :038: i wouldnt have him back the expectations would go through the bloody roof and some idiots would expect the kind of success we had previously with him which wont happen for a good while whoever we have in charge
