whenever i go to add a picture or link to a thread i get the security bar but it only lets me disable it temporarily. does anyone know how i can do it permanently?

What exactly is this "security bar", is it something the browser is doing or is it some other program?

probably something to do with your anit virus or firewall or internet securtiy settings

If it's the latest version of internet explorer, click on tools, internet options, privacy, settings, and put the url of this site into the sites to allow box.
