Totally clueless...

I've just received two emails telling me about "improvements" they're making.

The first one said:

"As of 01/08/2012 your subscription will start to be billed at £37.99 per year, an increase of just GBP2 per year."


The second one said:

"As of 01/08/2012 your subscription will start to be billed at £42.99 per year, an increase of just GBP 3 per year. "

I've had both of those and now had another that says

' As of 01/08/2012 your subscription will start to be billed at £4.49 per month, an increase of just GBP 0.20p per month '

I've not had that one. But I do currently pay monthly.

If that last one is true they can forget it, 50 quid a year for something that only works every other game and they won't stream through their IOS app

I wonder if they have sent updates of every different type of subscription to all subscribers regardless of which subscription you actually have

I've never had a problem getting it to work.


I've always thought LCFC just did the bare minimum required under their contract.
Some other clubs get much better video highlights, some even having all 90 minutes of big games, plus commentary on reserve and youth games etc.

If it wasn't for wanting to listen to the away match commentaries, I wouldn't bother with it, especially as they have made it quite clear that they are not planning to make it compatible with IOS devices.

Received a fourth email from them now, apologising for all of the emails from yesterday and showing me the email I should have received, which is the 20p increase per month.

This is ****ing outrageous! How come the ****s haven't mailed me? I'm surely their most important customer? Perhaps they're sending somebody around in person with my message

They're sending three people, each with a different message. Then they'll send a fourth to apologise.
