Free tickets for the Colchester game

Im sure ive posted before though, but my post count says 1 so I must be wrong.

Well i'll see if i've got any free vouchers when i get home from work but if i don't i won't be happy!

my problem is i get mine through the SC, but i still get my priority card etc stamped by the ticket office, but they don't keep OUR names on their computer so at the end of the season i have to take ALL my ticket stubs in to prove i've been the games so it goes onto their computer....

this is a bit worrying, although i've been told all who get theirs this way DO have it on record, but obviously not in the pace wherer i'd prefer it to be!


so i'm just worried that i won't be getting any vouchers..if i don't, something is going to be said!

So as I went Hereford and pre-purchsed my ticket i should be getting some of this vouchers then?

Your position on this might be confused by the fact that the Supporters Club buys your ticket on your behalf - but if you email/ring the club, I see no reason for you to be dealt with differently from Webbo.

If anyone is interested they are not allocated to one particular area i swapped 3 vouchers for 3 tickets and you can sit anywhere thats vacant.

As our allocation of 50 came via representation on the Fans Consultative Committee, would have thought CG will have had 50 too.

well surprise surprise I haven't had any vouchers... and neither did anyone else off our coach if that's the case about the SC getting 50 vouchers i want to know who has got mine the greedy sods!

i'm the idiot who pays out good money watching them every week......



Boc, the things is though my priority card still gets the relevant sticker/stamp put on it every away game, and the names are of those who go are recorded for every game so those who sort it out should KNOW who is entitled to any 'freebies' by merit.


if it was easier for me to buy my ticket on first day of sale i would do, but it's impossible for me to take the time off to get over to Leicester and back every time(don't drive so public transport,an hour there,an hour back and inbetween time spent getting to the ground etc) the away tickets go on sale cos i would use up too much of my holibobs to use them on away games and proper holibobs!
plus i don't have a creditcard, and my debit card(Solo) isn't accepted at the Club, though i wouldn't do it that way cos i begrudge paying an extra money on top of extortionate prices!
that's why being in the SC is the ideal situation for me, we pay our money and our tickets get sorted out for us.

BUT if doing this means i miss out anything that i should get then i'll be asking a few questions about why it's not being sorted out properly!

I'm totally with you, Beaumont. If it's your money that paid for the ticket, the freebies should be yours. I know you will ask the right questions about this and wish you a successful outcome.

I would have thought though that regardless of any vouchers that might or might not have gone to the Supporters Club/Cliff Ginetta, there should also be one associated to the ticket that each individual member of the Supporters Club bought and paid for in respect of Tuesday night.
