Shame can't get him off the wage bill for good. Cheers Sven

Q1. When did Gallagher first sign for Leicester?

Q2. Who was Leicester's manager on 21st August 2009?

I think Drummin maybe referring to Sven extending his contract

Gallagher scored 8 goals in 10 games in less than 2 months soon after the start of Sven's time at the club. It's difficult to understand why people should think that a manager should not be keen to secure such a player's services for a longer period.

Can we recall him for the title run in?

This is exactly what we're doing now with many of last season's key players. The unknown is how each player will respond to the financial security that this provides. In Gallagher's case, almost from the moment he signed his new contract, his attitude and approach stank his profession out. He developed delusions of grandeur alienating him from most supporters. His 'magic' boots, his cupping of ears, him being too 'special' to run back towards his own goal, his 'superior' social media comments.

I'm delighted to know that we'll no longer see him in a City shirt and saddened that we'll have to pay him another million or so in salary before he finally has to crash back down towards reality. However, the fault in all this doesn't lie with the club or any manager/administrator. The charlatan was PG himself.

Let's just hope that the character of people like Wes Morgan is markedly different otherwise we're going to be in big trouble.

Correct.

Paul Gallagher always reminds me of a poor mans david oldfield.

Scored ten ****ing times for them last year.

He's not a bad player I don't care what any of you wankers think. I've seen hundreds worse in the shirt.
