I thought this made interesting reading:
Ground: Walkers Stadium
Capacity: 32,500 Highest (04/05): 30,231 Lowest (04/05): 21,249 Average:23,895
What's it like?: We will be in the north-east corner of the stadium, where up to 3,000 fans can be accommodated. The view is good, but you are well back from the pitch. The facilities on the concourse are good with the usual range a football ground goodies available. However please note that there is no alcohol available in the away section, while the home fans benefit from a choice of bitter or lager ...
One thing I witnessed when we went there for the first time season before last, was the heavy-handed stewarding by the 'hired hands' who were obviously more at home on the door of a nightclub than in a football ground. Let's hope that has now settled down a bit?
