Going Self Employed

Hi All,
I am starting out on a couple of new ventures, and have decided to go solo with them. I am starting to but all the pieces into place and I need to get myself set up with a Web site / domain name, e-mail etc... My site will be mainly visual with minum text as poss. What I will mainly be doing is putting pictures onto the site so people can see what's available for sale. What I would obviously like is to be able to pay a flat fee for a host and that this should cover every thing I will need to do. (NO hidden extra costs)

If anybody can recommend a provider from personal experience, I would be most grateful.
