Sky Sports said:Paul Hart has left Queens Park Rangers by mutual consent after just five games in charge at Loftus Road, according to widespread reports.
The former Portsmouth boss had been at the QPR helm less than a month after succeeding Jim Magilton, who himself had only been given the reins in the summer.
Hartbecomes the sixth full-time manager to leave QPR, a figure that rises to nine if you include caretaker bosses, since Flavio Briatoretook over the club in September 2007.
An FA Cup defeat to Sheffield Unitedearlier in the week has proven to be Hart's final game in charge, with the experienced tactician lasting just five matches.
QPR are currently tenth in the Championship table, four points off the play-offs.
