I wonder how many hardy souls will actually go
7.00pm is a strange kick off time anyone know the reason?

It's not unusual in this competition. I think they do early kick offs to encourage kids to go.

Tuesday 2nd September - 7 p.m. kick-off
With no chance of extra time in this competition, that should mean that Fitz can catch his last train home.
I'd love to see Fitz's face when he reads this and realises he's run out of excuses not to go. :icon_bigg :icon_wink
Moi - and just to prove my hardiness, I will be travelling from Dover on National Express and utilising the overnight coach on the way back.
This is the sort of stupid game I used to go to. Once went to Newport County away in midweek with my Grimsby mates for a Group Cup game (anyone remember that competition?).

I'm sure a few mongies would like to clock up another ground.

I see your Group game in Newport and raise you a pre-season friendly at Torpoint Athletic.
Maybe they'll wait for the league game before doing it.
Some of us have already seen Leicester play at Hartlepool.

Non-competitive game - does that count?
