Fully agree with you there who izzet, now is the time to start building a team with long term planning in mind, CL is a manager who likes to build teams full of young players who can play and develop together for many years thus truly realising the term team.

For the past two years, and in some ways understandably so due to the clubs finanaces, the clubs foundations was built on dry sand, little or no long term planning was implemented, youth was virtually ignored as City looked for quick fixes and developed a live for now attitude. This has proved unsuccessful and now the board has turned to a manager with a reputation for building clubs on solid foundations, with a young, stable and steady playing squad.

We have now got the opportunity to totally restructure the waythis club operates and whilst we must be paitent and realise that short term we might achieve instant success, but long term under Craig Levein I believe we will have a squad that will be together for many years, and also we will gain a reputation for developing young talent, we will become an attractive opportunity for all promising youngsters.

This football club and its long term future looks very bright under Levein.

I agree mate. With Leveins reputation for youth, we can look forward to long-term sucess. I think the pressure was on Adams to get us back immediately & maybe thats why he has gone for experience & not threw too many youngsters in. I don't think MA is a bad manager & I'm sure he will do well at the next club he joins.

I feel the problem with our team this season is that we're not performing to our potential. We DO have good players, but they need a manager to get the best out of them, and I honestly feel CL will get the best out of our squad, just like MON did.
