Which raises what is (to me) a very interesting question? Are there two (or more) types of Scandinavian keyboard? Or is there just the one, with Swedes ignoring those additional letters which are only used in Norwegian and vice versa?

And then there is the Hulltrollish version which is missing the key next to the "Æ"

That's a bit unfair on coffee; this behaviour happens in most parts of the country.
